If you have any complaints or problems during your Rental Booking Period, please notify us when you become aware of the problem so that the problem can be promptly remedied

Responsibilities

Both occupants must not leave any fire burning in the Pizza Oven/fireplace or Kettle Braai as this is a high-risk fire area. Bahia Formosa is a strictly No-Smoking property.

Due to high-velocity winds and unexpected rain, it is imperative that the glass sliding doors and windows are secured properly when retiring or when leaving the premises and that the outdoor chairs are stored inside in bad weather.

Splash Pool

The Splash Pool at Fynbos Cottage is used entirely at guests’ own risk.

Loft Ladder Access/Elevated Balustrade area

Guests access the Loft via the ladder at their own risk and enjoy this elevated area at their own risk.
